About Lucia
Gothic romance shaped by the beauty of tragedy and decay
࿇ ࿇ ࿇
Where love rots and devotion becomes disease
Lucia writes gothic romance shaped by obsessional intimacy, insatiable hunger, and devotion taken to its limits. Her work explores the corrosion of love, and the way longing can collapse into mutual ruin. Drawing on themes of attachment as a consuming force, she applies biologically grounded horror to familiar supernatural archetypes, reframing romance as something devouring, inescapable, and unsettling. Lucia’s work is written under a pen name.
WHERE Romance Meets Monstrosity

The pulse Behind The Page
࿇࿇࿇
Lucia grew up in a haunted house in the fog-ridden Pacific Northwest. Introduced to the work of Anne Rice at the age of ten, she became devoted to The Vampire Chronicles, which deeply shaped her earliest literary influences. She is drawn to the macabre and the monstrous, the spectral and the haunted, occult mythology, and the cosmic unknown. Lucia completed her undergraduate studies in Canada and is currently finishing her graduate studies in social work in the United States, where emotional depth and human behavior remain central to her focus. She writes from a place of profound emotional intensity, infusing her work with deep intimacy and a sense of sacred tragedy.
